Hi David, We would like to say thank you to you and your team for all your help, firstly with renting and then marketing and selling our property at 5 Pine Street, Marrickville. Throughout the two and half years we have had our property in your care you were very helpful and your advice was much appreciated. When we first rented the property your rep advised us to go with a higher rental price which I was sceptical about getting but then we found tenants who were happy to pay that for the two and half years they leased the place.
